一:招聘要求:

1:基本要求:

1)         简历必须详细且认真书写,我司招聘部门首先通过简历看态度,不认真的书写简历的应聘者请勿投递;

2)         投递简历前必须了解我公司www.hjlbattery.com的企业文化和公司产品及企业发展方式,结合自己的职业规划慎重考虑;

3)         工作地点在深圳龙华新区大浪街道华荣路165号荣泰大厦603,交通不方便者请慎重考虑;

4)         年龄:22-30岁,男女不限;至少1年电子行业工作背景,有电池行业工作经验优先考虑并适当放宽工作经验年限2年限制;

5)         由于公司性质及业务发展本身特点,欢迎应届毕业生应聘者;

6)         喜欢从事外贸业务工作并且将外贸业务视作毕生的工作的优先考虑;

7)         有清晰的职业规化,有活力,有耐心和毅力,有拼搏精神,责任心强,善于沟通;

8)         能熟练使用客户端及外贸操作管理系统经验者优先考虑;

9)         熟悉网上贸易平台B2B主要是阿里巴巴英文国际站的操作,主要是上传产品,更新网站,跟进寻盘;

10)     有参加过香港,海外展会经验者并且对参加展会有独特理解的优先考虑;

11)     要求应聘者个人必须具备很强的沟通能力,协调适应能力,有悟性,有亲和力,有团队合作精神,乐于同公司一起成长;

12)     必须要具体个人的销售见解,业务爱好,性格和善,有团队合作精神;

 

2:硬性专业要求:

1)  必须熟悉整个外贸操作流程,不熟悉整个外贸流程应聘者请勿轻易投递简历;

2)  必须全日制大专本科以上学历,国际贸易或商务英语专业毕业优先考虑;

3)  英文资质必须TEM-4或者CET-6以上且听,说,读,写流畅;

4) 必须具备一定的涉外商务谈判能力,可以和国外客户用英语自由无障碍交流,在外贸工作中独挡一面;

5) 必须熟练操作电脑,对Office软件如Word, Excell, PPT必须熟练掌握;略懂CAD, CDR,PHOTOSHOP软件基本操作优先考虑;

6) 有自己独特的客户开发渠道和方式并且愿意接受有挑战和压力的工作从而实现个人价值;

二:工作职责:

1)     主要从事我司三大类产品(锂离子聚合物电池Li-polymer Battery, 锂离子电池Li-ion Battery,磷酸铁锂动力电池LiFePO4,锂原电池Li-Primary Battery)外贸业务新客户的开发,合同订单的签订;

2)     公司现有客户的持续跟进和维护,潜在客户的再开发和深度挖掘;

3)     完成公司规定的月度,季度和年度销售指标;

4)     回复客户新旧询盘,处理日常客户往来邮件;

5)     维护并及时更新Alibaba英文国际站的内容;

6)     通过多渠道收集市场信息,提交市场分析报告和销售报告给外贸经理;

7)     必须明确并清晰了解客户具体产品的要求后反映给技术销售工程师讨论产品方案;

8)     根据公司报价体系做出公司标准的报价单给客户并跟进客户对价格的确认,最好从客户了解同行的报价;

9)     根据客户的具体产品要求制作并提供给客户技术规格书并要求客户签名确认后确定样品订单;

10)   制作PI并确定运输方式

11)   提交公司采购《样品申请单》并回复客户样品交期,及时跟进样品不得延期发样;

12)   制作CI,PL,TEST REPORTS和名片,CATALOGUE等相关资料一齐同样品用TNT发给客户

13)   发给客户发货文件告知客户快递单号,及时追踪运输状态并提醒客户收货;

14)   跟进样品测试及客户的反馈争取达成订单并完成销售业绩;

15)   海运,空运,快递等运输方式都必须和外贸经理协商后共同完成;

16)   协助公司财务部完成出口退税工作;

17)   积极参加公司组织的各种培训;

 

三:薪资及福利待遇:

1)     底薪(深圳最低劳动工资标准)+岗位工资(视个人能力而定)+高提成(订单金额2%)+奖金(视工作表现决定)+社保(深圳标准)+补助(住房,交通,通信),薪金区间(¥3500-5000/月)具体视具人能力面议;

2)     5天工作制(周一至周五9:30-12:00; 14:00-19:30);

3)     年终奖,国外参展及旅游机会,国家法定的婚假,病假,产假等节假日统一带薪假期;

4)     工作满一年享受一周带薪年假,工作满两年享受公司年底双薪待遇;

四:面试步骤:

1)     简历筛选,直接过滤简单草率不认真书写简历的人应聘者;

2)     电话和短信方式通知合格的应聘者面试时间地点,任何面者不得迟到,否则直接取消面试资格;

3)     专业试题测试(30分钟)包括外贸流程,贸易专业术语,中英文互译,口译;

4)     用人部门经理口语面试并现场给答题打分,低于60分者直接取消面试资格以免浪费彼此时间;

5)     公司人事部经理对应聘者综合考评;

6)     被公司录用者,公司将以短信和电话方式正式通知;

1:  Recruitment Requirement


1).  Basic Requirement

  4. Age: 22-30 years old, no gender limited, at least 2 years electronics industry working background, those who have battery industry working experience is preferred and will not confine to working years of 2.

  6. Those who are fond of engaging in foreign business and view it as their lifetime career i are preferred.
  7. Possess clear career planning, energetic, patent and persevering, fighting spirit, highly responsible , good at communication.
  8. Those who can skillful use client-side and have foreign trade management operation system experience are preferred.
  9. Be familiar with online trade platform especially the operation of Alibaba English site. Mainly uploading products, updating website and following inquiry.
  10. Those who have the experience of Hong Kong or other oversea expedition and possess their own unique understanding are preferred.
  11. Interviewee must have the ability of strong communication skills, adaptive capacity, comprehension, appetency , team work spirit and are willing to grow up along with company.
  12. Must have personal market understanding, business interest, amiable character and team work spirit.

 

 

2).  Rigid professional requirement:

 

  1. Must know well the whole foreign trade operation procedure, please do not send resume if not familiar with the whole procedure.
  2. Bachelor degree or above, international trade and business English major are preferred.
  3. English grade should must be TEM-4 or Grade 6 above and fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  4. Must possess certain concerning foreign affairs negotiation ability, can barrier-free communicate with foreign customer through English, able to work independently in foreign trade.
  5. Must be skill at PC operation and familiar with office software such Word,Excel and PPT; those who briefly understand the basic operation of software such as CAD, CDR, Photoshop etc.
  6. Possess their own unique client development channel or ways, and willing to accept challenging and stressful job thus realize personal value.

2: Job Duties

 

  1. Mainly occupied in new client exploitation of foreign trade business and the signing of contract and order our corporation three categories(Li-polymer Battery, Lipo High Drain Battery, LiFePO4,Lithium-Primary Battery)
  2. Continuing follow-up and maintain of existing clients, redevelop and deeply dig of potential clients.
  3. Accomplish corporation regulated monthly ,quarter and annual sales target.
  4. Reply customer old and new inquiry, deal with daily come and go email of clients.
  5. Maintain and updating the content of Alibaba English version in time.
  6. Collect market information through many channels, submit market analysis report and sale report to foreign trade manager. 
  7. Must report to technical sales engineer to discuss the products program after clearly comprehend the specific product demand of clients.
  8. Offer the customer with company standard quotation list according to company quotation system and follow up the client about the price confirmation, best know the offer of peer through client.
  9. Provide clients with specification which according to customers specific products demand and ask for clients signature affirmation before sample order confirmed.
  10. Fabricate PI and confirm the type of transportation.
  11. Submit the [Sample Application List] to company purchaser and reply clients the delivery time of sample, follow-up in time mustn't postpone delivery.
  12. Fabricate CI, PI, Test Reports, Name Cards and Catalogue ,etc, then deliver them in union to clients through TNT.
  13. Send out shipment file to clients for informing the express tracking number, trace the travel position in time and remind the clients to collect goods.
  14. Follow up sample test and client feedback, make efforts to reach an order and accomplish the sales target.
  15. The decision of shipping way such as by sea, by air, by express must be accomplished after negotiating with manager in union.
  16. Assist company account person to complete the export rebates task.
  17. Active participation in various kinds of training organized by company.

 

 

3: Salary and welfare

 

  1. Basic salary(Shenzhen Minimum Labor Wages Standard) + Position Wage(Look upon personnel       ability) +High Commission ( 2% of Order Amount) + Bonus( Look upon work behavior) + Social Security( Shenzhen Standard) + Subsidy(Housing, traffic, communication ), Salary Room( RMB 3500-5000/Monthly) detail regards personnel ability.
  2. Five-day week ( Monday to Friday 9;30-12:00, 14:00-19:30)
  3. Year-end bonus, oversea exposition and tourism opportunity, unified paid vacation of country legal holiday and festivals such as marriage leave, sick leave and maternity leave,etc.
  4. One week paid annual leave if reach one year working time, year end double pay treatment if reach two year.
  5. Company internal promotion and Huge development space, provide the opportunity of promoting to be sales executive for all excellent sales, and the dean will enjoy the team commission.
  6. Salary treatment according ranking system, able man should do more job, more pay for more work, no work no pay.
  7. Brand new gracefully decorated working environment , no occupational injury risk.
  8. Probation period is 1 month, look upon the performance of probation period to decide if become a regular worker or not. Unqualified person will be informed one week in advance through writing form, the qualified will sign a labor contract in union.

 

 

4: Interview Procedure

 

  1. Resume selection, directly filter the interviewee who write their resume unmindfully.
  2. The eligible interviewee will be informed through calls or SMS about time and location, behind time is not allowed by anyone, otherwise directly cancel the interview qualification. 
  3. Professional test questions( 30 minutes) which include foreign trade procedure, trade term , English and Chinese intertranslation , interpretation.
  4. Recruitment department manager direct the interpretation and mark in site, those who get a score less than 60 will be cancelled the qualification for saving mutual time.
  5. Company personnel manager will host comprehensive evaluation of interviewee.
  6. Those who are hired by our company will be noticed through SMS or calls.
